A day-long “Survivor’s Voice Summit 2026” was held in Dhaka with the aim of raising mental health awareness among young people, ensuring cyber safety, and promoting youth leadership development. Chairperson of Survivors Path, Munazia Snigdha Mun, said that today’s youth are facing various challenges including mental health issues, cyberbullying, trauma, and social pressure. Due to social stigma and lack of awareness, opportunities for open discussions on these issues remain limited. She added that the summit was organized to create a safe and empowering platform for youth, professionals, advocates, and survivors. The theme of this year’s summit was “Breaking Silence, Building Hope, Empowering Every Voice.”

Another breakout session titled “Survivors Manifesto Formation” focused on discussing policy demands from young people.
